System Components

Based on the visual layout, the plant typically includes these key units:

Soya Bean Grinder and Milk Extractor: The leftmost unit with the hopper (funnel) is used for grinding soaked soybeans and separating the milk from the pulp (okara).

Soya Milk Sterilizer & Boiler: The central stainless steel tanks are used for boiling and sterilizing the extracted milk to ensure safety and improve digestibility.

Steam Generator/Boiler: A vertical unit (often seen in the middle) that provides high-pressure steam for the heating and sterilization processes.

Pneumatic Tofu (Paneer) Press: The small unit on the far right uses air pressure to press curdled milk into solid blocks of tofu, giving it a uniform shape.
